I always wondered why the questions in a job interview had to be: “what are some of your strengths and what are some of your weaknesses”? I hated those questions, they intimidated me. If I share my weaknesses with you, you may not hire me. I was right. But here lately, I’ve forced myself to answer those questions for myself and they actually aren’t so intimidating. I just tell my weaknesses to “shut up” and keep it moving. However, I do realize now, how important it is to awaken to your weaknesses. The weaknesses are not to belittle us; they are designed to grow us. I’ve also noticed that my weaknesses today, are not the same as they were five years ago; proof that we are strengthened as we grow. Whenever there is an opportunity to change patterns and ways of thinking; we must take them.
